- Refund and Return Period
You can request a refund or return within 7 days of receiving the item.
Please ensure the item is in new, unused condition and has its original tags and packaging with you when returning it.
- Return Conditions
Only items that have not been worn, washed, damaged, or altered are accepted for return.
Cleaning and hygiene products (such as clothing with signs of wear) and discounted items may not be eligible for return.
- Refund Process

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the refund requirements, we will process your refund within 7 business days and return the amount to the account you used to make the payment.
- Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
If your refund request involves an incorrect item or a quality issue, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Exchanges
